Inspection flights

Due the great variety of properties that we have  to show, an inspection trip is the only way to decide.

We have been arranging these trips for some thirty-eight years which is certainly ample time to have evolved the most effective way for clients to view properties.  In all areas viewing is carried out on an individual basis. For most people the purchase of a property is a crucial time, therefore experienced property consultants will leisurely show you around the various areas and give you advice and information.

So as to make the best use of your visit to the area, their time will be reserved exclusively for you.  As many of the property owners are not full time residents, our local representatives will have done what is extremely important, "arrange for access to a selection of suitable properties that are of interest".  There is very little point in going to Spain, Cyprus, or Turkey to view properties, to find you cannot gain access.

They can give you information on the local services and amenities, advise on all aspects of purchase, also mortgage and finance options if these are required. They will assist you to open a bank account, meet an English speaking solicitor who will discuss with you, and answer any legal queries you may have. You can receive advice on local medical services, health insurance, obtaining a residence card where applicable, arranging your electricity account, opportunities for letting your property, and information on schools if required.

These vary for each area. Currently there are free flight allowances available each month to clients who are making, or have made their own travel and accommodation arrangements, or ask us to assist with property inspection trip arrangements. This applies to all clients who purchase a property through us in any area served by our company.     Confirmation of applicable offers available in your area of choice will be made on arranging property inspections.

There are still a number of free flights and accommodation allowances available, for inspection visits if booked during May/June/July 2008. Currently for the Costa Blanca south of Alicante, due to our long standing relationship with our associate companies, they will , on your arrival in Spain, meet you at the airport, provide you with two, three, or four nights accommodation as required, also complimentary meals.  There are similar arrangements for clients buying on the Costa Blanca north and south of Alicante, The Costa Del Sol, Costa Almeria, and Costa Calida areas, also Cyprus. and Turkey.

Due to the considerable demand for property in the above areas from throughout Europe and beyond, both new and resale properties are currently selling well, but you can be assured that you will always be shown the best available selection.

You will not be part of some high powered sales operation.

If you decide on a property, it is absolutely vital in today's constantly rising market that you obtain a fixed price contract. Therefore it is important that you have available the means to pay a deposit, normally a minimum of £2,000 to secure the property at the agreed price.  Unless a deposit is paid, and an agreement obtained, you risk losing the property that you have chosen to another buyer. At this time a schedule of payments for the balance will be agreed, and arrangements made for any mortgage required.

Flights are available from many airports a number of times each week. Availability varies, but we will always do our best to arrange dates to suit you, either by schedule or charter service.
